Clients rarely need only one. A company that is formed still needs somewhere to operate from, and both still need to be maintained. We coordinate all three so that the decisions taken in one do not create problems in another.
How formation, presence and corporate services connect
The jurisdiction chosen at formation determines the presence requirements that follow. The presence established determines what has to be filed, renewed and evidenced afterwards. The administration maintained afterwards determines whether the structure still functions in three years.
Handled by three separate suppliers, each decision is taken without knowledge of the next. Handled together, the structure is designed once, for the way the business will actually run.

If you have not yet established the company, start with business formation. The jurisdiction and structure decisions taken there affect everything that follows.
If the company exists but has no credible operating base in the jurisdiction, start with business presence. This is the most common gap we are asked to close, and the one most likely to be discovered by a bank rather than by the client.
If the company exists and functions but its administration has become difficult to track across jurisdictions, start with corporate services.
If more than one of these applies, that is normal. Most engagements begin in one category and extend into the others.

Dynamic Works supports clients across North America, Europe and Türkiye, working through the relevant local entities and professional expertise.
Coverage is not uniform. Entity types, presence requirements, filing obligations and the availability of specific services differ by country, and some services are restricted or unavailable in particular jurisdictions. Before an engagement begins we confirm which of our services apply to the client’s structure and operational needs.

We establish what the structure has to achieve, where, and by when. This conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
Proposal
We set out what we will do, what falls outside our scope, which external professionals need to be involved, and what is required from you.
Implementation
We carry out the operational work and coordinate the parties involved, keeping a single point of contact throughout.
Ongoing administration
Where the structure requires continuing maintenance, corporate services take over once implementation is complete.

Legal, tax and fiduciary services
Dynamic Works does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting, audit or regulated fiduciary services in its own name. We do not represent clients before courts or tax authorities, and we do not give opinions on the tax consequences of a structure.
Where that expertise is required, we coordinate with licensed professionals — the client's own advisers, or professionals we work with in the relevant jurisdiction — and we make clear which party is responsible for which part of the engagement.
We consider this a feature of how we work rather than a limitation of it. Clients know exactly what they are buying, and professional advisers know we are not competing with them.
