International business formation
Establishing a company is a one-day administrative act. Establishing the right company is a decision you live with for years.
Dynamic Works coordinates the formation of international companies — the jurisdiction, the entity type, the ownership structure and the administrative setup that has to be in place before the business can operate.
The registration itself is rarely the difficult part. What determines whether a structure works is whether the decisions taken at formation match how the business will actually run: where its customers are, where its money moves, who owns it, what it will need to prove to a bank, and what it will be obliged to file every year afterwards.
What international business formation covers
Company establishment
Coordinating the formation of the entity in the chosen jurisdiction, including the documentation and registration steps required locally.
Jurisdiction and structure coordination
Working through which jurisdiction and entity type fit the intended operations, in coordination with the client's legal and tax advisers where their input is required.
Ownership and shareholder considerations
Coordinating the practical setup of ownership, shareholding and corporate documentation.
Registration coordination
Managing the registrations, filings and authority interactions required to bring the company into existence and into good standing.
Initial administrative setup
The records, registers, documentation and internal administration a new company needs from day one rather than at its first audit.
Banking and operational preparation, where applicable
Preparing the documentation and structural evidence a business typically needs when approaching banks and service providers. Account opening decisions rest entirely with the institution.

How a company formation engagement works
We begin with the operating picture rather than the paperwork: what the business will do, where, with whom, and what it needs to be able to demonstrate. From there the jurisdiction and structure options become considerably narrower, and usually clearer.
Once the structure is agreed, we coordinate the registration and the parties involved — notaries, registries, translators, local professionals and the client’s own advisers — and keep one point of contact responsible for the sequence.
Formation is complete when the company can operate, not when the certificate arrives. In most jurisdictions those are different dates.

How to choose the right jurisdiction for a company
There is no jurisdiction that is right for every business, and we are sceptical of anyone who suggests otherwise. The choice depends on where the business operates, where its clients and counterparties are, how it will be financed, what its owners’ circumstances are, and what obligations it is prepared to carry annually.
We will say clearly when a jurisdiction is not appropriate for a stated purpose, including when the client has already decided on it.
Availability and requirements are subject to local law and to the client’s structure and operational needs.
What Dynamic Works does not do in company formation
Dynamic Works coordinates the formation process. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we do not give opinions on the legal or tax consequences of a chosen structure. Where that advice is required, we work alongside licensed professionals — yours or ours — and make clear which decisions rest with them.
What happens after a company is formed
A registered company is not yet an operating one. Two things usually follow immediately.
The company needs a credible operating base in the jurisdiction — an address, infrastructure and local presence that hold up under scrutiny. See business presence.
Establish Your Business PresenceAnd it needs its administration maintained from the first year onward, not from the first problem onward. See corporate services.
