International corporate services
Most structures do not fail at formation. They degrade quietly afterwards.
Dynamic Works provides the ongoing corporate administration that keeps international entities in good standing: filings and renewals, corporate changes, document management, compliance-related administration and coordination with the providers involved.
Why multi-jurisdiction corporate administration fails
An international structure has a calendar. Annual filings, licence renewals, registered agent appointments, address confirmations, register updates, beneficial ownership declarations — each with its own date, its own jurisdiction and its own consequence for being late.
For a single company in a single country, that calendar can be carried in someone’s head. Across three jurisdictions it cannot, and it usually is not. What follows is familiar: a company struck off a register without anyone noticing, a director change never recorded, a filing penalty discovered during due diligence, an entity that cannot be sold or refinanced until two years of administration are reconstructed.
Corporate services exist so that the calendar belongs to someone whose job it is.
What international corporate services cover
Administrative coordination
A single point of responsibility for the entity's ongoing administration across jurisdictions and providers.
Corporate maintenance
Keeping registers, records and corporate documentation current and consistent with what is on the public record.
Renewal and filing coordination
Tracking obligations and coordinating the preparation and submission of what is due, on time.
Corporate changes
Coordinating changes to directors, shareholders, addresses, company names and structure, including the filings that follow.
Document management
Organised, retrievable corporate documentation, so that a due-diligence request is a search rather than a project.
Compliance-related administration
The administrative side of compliance obligations, coordinated with the regulated professionals responsible for the substantive assessment.
Communication with service providers
Coordination with registries, agents, banks, notaries and professional advisers, so the client is not the routing point.
Continuity across jurisdictions
One consolidated view of what is due, where, and when — regardless of how many entities and countries are involved.

How ongoing corporate administration works
We begin with an inventory: what entities exist, what obligations attach to them, what is current, and what is already overdue. In multi-jurisdiction structures this first step regularly surfaces items nobody was tracking.
From there we maintain a consolidated obligation calendar, prepare and coordinate what is due, and report on what has been done and what is coming. Clients are contacted when a decision or signature is genuinely needed, and not otherwise.
What Dynamic Works does not do in corporate services
Corporate services are administrative and coordinating. Dynamic Works does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit or regulated fiduciary services in its own name, does not sign off on the substantive accuracy of tax or financial statements, and does not represent clients before tax authorities.
We work alongside the licensed professionals responsible for those matters and coordinate the administration around them. The division of responsibility is set out in writing before an engagement begins.
